How are characters counted?
Characters are counted from the extracted text of your PDF pages. Spaces and punctuation are included. A typical PDF page has roughly 1,500-2,500 characters (about 2,000 on average). You'll see the exact character count before each conversion.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
You won't be charged extra. The converter will let you know you've reached your limit and suggest upgrading to a higher plan.
Do unused characters roll over?
Monthly characters reset at the beginning of each billing period and do not roll over. The free tier's 10,000 characters never expire.
